This position is part of Besomebody’s RTJ (Recruiting, Training, and Jobs) Division. The RTJ team plays a vital role in maintaining the relationships with our Fortune 500 partner companies by finding passionate candidates for specific careers and providing training led by industry experts. All of our training is Hands-On, Experiential, and in the Workplace based on a curriculum we developed based on their specific needs. Upon successful completion of our Path Training, our candidates are guaranteed a full – time job with great pay and benefits.

As a Recruiting Manager, your job will entail becoming an expert in all things RTJ. From the structure of Besomebody and the services we provide to our partner companies and their history, mission, vision, and values to the company structure, size, and annual revenue. You will be expected to know all facets of the job(s) you are recruiting for and the role and impact it will make within each company. Each training curriculum, instructor, and the location is job specific in each market.
You will work closely with the CEO and Senior Manager of Recruiting to execute projects from concept through completion.
- Champion our Besomebody Paths program to targeted candidates on phone calls, in emails, and via in-person meetings.
- Monitor, manage, and track all potential candidate applications.
- Identify and follow up on potential leads and referrals
- Respond to emails and candidate inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule and maintain a detailed calendar of calls, meetings, and events
- Manage candidate calls, registrations, admissions, and retention
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies and events such as job fairs and hiring events
** A strong sales background is preferred.
